IT Asset Manager Privacy Policy
IT Asset Manager is a client application that connects to your own Asset Manager server. This app does not host your asset data. Your asset data remains on your server and is not stored by the app developer.

- Server URL (to connect to your own Asset Manager server).
- Username and password (only if you enable "Remember credentials").
- Access and refresh tokens used to authenticate with your server.
How We Use Information
- Authenticate you and connect to your server.
- Keep your session active while you use the app.
- Allow you to manage assets stored on your server.
Where Your Data Is Stored
The app stores the server URL and, if enabled, your credentials and tokens locally on your device. Asset data is not stored by this app; it is stored on your own Asset Manager server.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data. The app communicates only with the server you configure.
Security
We recommend using HTTPS for all server connections. The app will warn you when using HTTP. Protect your server with strong passwords and security best practices.
Data Retention and Deletion
You can clear saved credentials by disabling "Remember credentials" or by clearing app storage/uninstalling the app. Asset data is managed and deleted on your own server.
Children's Privacy
This app is intended for business use and is not directed to children.
